Our story

Getting you across the goal line.

Too many enterprise technology projects die on the five-yard line. Budgets depleted. Timelines missed. Teams exhausted. The promised transformation just out of reach, close enough to see but never quite achieved.

We've all heard the stories. The ServiceNow implementation that stalled at 90% complete. The security transformation that never went live. The consulting partner who walked away when things got difficult, leaving companies stranded between their legacy systems and an unrealized future.

"Crossing into the end zone isn't about getting close. It's about finishing. The difference between effort and achievement. Between almost and accomplished."

That's why we're called Point 6. When you score a touchdown, you earn six points. Not five. Not five and a half. Six. Our name is our commitment: we get you across the goal line. Whether we're implementing ServiceNow or deploying Zscaler, our mission doesn't end at go-live. It ends when you're in production, realizing value. When you've scored.

Kevin and John Reilly, brothers with a combined 70-plus years in technology, and enterprise architect Michael Rauch founded this firm on one shared conviction: in enterprise technology, there are no moral victories for almost. Your business needs systems that work, projects that finish, and partners who stay in the fight until you're in the end zone.

What getting to the end zone looks like

  • â—†
Architect-led delivery: Every engagement is led by a senior, certified architect, accountable from discovery through go-live.
  • â—†
Real outcomes: Measured in adoption and security posture, not go-live dates.
  • â—†
Value-driven license guidance: When clear value is identified through additional functionality, we're happy to facilitate new or expanded licensing. Never for its own sake.
  • â—†
Knowledge transferred: Your team owns the result. We document, train, and leave no dependency.
  • â—†
Implementation quality: We arrive at go-live with what was promised. No scope creep, no technical debt passed on to you.

We don't just get you close. We get you six points. That's the Point 6 difference.

How we work

Transform-in-place, not rip-and-replace.

Most clients don't need a new platform. They need the one they already own to actually deliver. We stabilize, optimize, and expand in that order, never the other way around.

We maximize the investment you've already made before recommending anything new. Senior consultants own the work from day one through go-live. No hand-offs, no bench staffing, no agenda beyond your outcome.

Stabilize first

Reduce operational and compliance risk before anything else. Make sure what's running, runs, reliably, auditably, and without creating technical debt.

Optimize what you own

Maximize the platform investment you've already made before recommending anything new. Most organizations have more capability than they're using.

Expand with purpose

Add capabilities only when the foundation is operational, adopted, and stable. Scope creep is a sign of bad architecture, not ambition.

Named team, not bench

The same certified consultants from discovery through delivery and support. No hand-offs to junior staff, no pyramid staffing, no account managers between you and the work.

Our practices

Two platforms. One unified practice.

We hold authorized partnerships with both ServiceNow and Zscaler. The integrations that connect them are where our most consequential work happens and where most partners fall short.

ServiceNow Practice
Modernize IT operations and enterprise workflows.

From ITSM and ITOM to HRSD, SecOps, and GRC we implement ServiceNow modules that get used, with process design that reflects how your organization actually operates.

ServiceNow Practice

Build the workflows your organization actually uses.

ServiceNow implementations fail not because of the platform they fail because process design is treated as a technical problem. Our approach starts with how work flows through your organization, then engineers the platform to match it.

ServiceNow Registered Partner

Founding partners carry individual Now Platform certifications across ITSM, ITOM, SecOps, and HRSD backed by 10+ years inside the ServiceNow ecosystem at the highest levels.

Security Operations (SecOps)

Security Incident Response and Vulnerability Response implementations and the integration wiring that connects them to your Zscaler security data. This is where our dual-platform advantage is most tangible.

GRC & Risk Management

Policy & Compliance Management, Risk Management, and Continuous Authorization & Monitoring. We build GRC programs that produce audit-ready evidence without manual assembly.

HR Service Delivery

Employee lifecycle workflows connecting HR processes to IT provisioning built to eliminate the manual handoffs that slow onboarding and create access gaps at offboarding.

Zscaler Practice

Zero trust that works in the real world.

Zero trust is an operating model, not just a security architecture. Most deployments stop at enforcement access controlled, traffic inspected, policies applied. But without an operational backbone, zero trust becomes difficult to manage at scale. That's where ServiceNow becomes critical, and where Point 6's dual-platform depth makes the difference.

  • 01

    Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA)

Cloud-native Secure Web Gateway deployment. Policy design, SSL inspection strategy, DLP configuration, and user experience tuning for hybrid workforces.

  • 02

    Zscaler Private Access (ZPA)

Zero trust network access replacing legacy VPN infrastructure. Application segmentation, connector deployment, and policy migration from perimeter-based models.

  • 03

    Zscaler Digital Experience (ZDX)

End-to-end digital experience monitoring. Proactive identification of connectivity and performance issues before they surface as service desk tickets.

  • 04

    Posture Control & DSPM

Cloud security and data security posture management. Risk visibility across multi-cloud environments with actionable, workflow-driven remediation.

  • 05

    Migration & Optimization

Legacy security stack consolidation, tenant optimization, and policy rationalization for organizations inheriting complex configurations from prior deployments.

Zero trust is not just a security architecture. It is an operating model. The question isn't whether your perimeter can hold it's how quickly you can operate without one.

Integrated Solutions

The workflows that span both platforms.

The real value of dual-platform expertise isn't doing each independently it's the integration layer between them. These are the use cases most partners can't architect because they only own half the stack.

Zscaler layer
  • ZIA threat detection events
  • User identity & device context
  • Access policy state (ZPA)
  • Continuous compliance telemetry
  • DLP and risk scoring
01

Threat alert → Incident

Zscaler detects a threat. A triaged ServiceNow SIR opens with full context before SecOps reads the alert SLA clock already running.

02

HR onboarding → Access provisioning

A new-hire lifecycle event in ServiceNow HRSD triggers automatic ZPA application access grants. No manual tickets between HR and IT.

03

Offboarding → Access revocation

Termination in HRSD triggers immediate ZPA and ZIA policy revocation. Access is gone before the laptop is returned.

04

Continuous compliance monitoring

Zscaler policy telemetry streams into ServiceNow GRC. Audit evidence is pre-attached, drift flagged automatically, and auditors have a live view.

Founding Partners

Three careers. One standard.

Point 6 was founded by two brothers and a longtime colleague who collectively bring 70-plus years of technology leadership and a shared intolerance for engagements that deliver less than everything.

Kevin Reilly
Co-Founder · Chief Sales Officer

Kevin brings more than 10 years inside the ServiceNow ecosystem as an enterprise account leader including growing ServiceNow's largest account over an 8-year tenure and earning 20× President's Club recognition. His career spans 35-plus years in technology sales and go-to-market leadership, with a proven track record of building lasting client relationships in F-100 environments. Kevin leads Point 6's ServiceNow practice and client partnerships, making sure every engagement is anchored to business outcomes not platform metrics.

Michael Rauch
Co-Founder · Chief Delivery Officer

Michael brings over 11 years of hands-on experience building, scaling, and rescuing ServiceNow environments across more than 30 enterprise implementations. His career began on the customer side first at a large public university and then at a regional telecom provider where he led a back-to-baseline initiative that cut form load times by over 90% and eliminated years of accumulated technical debt. That experience as a customer before becoming a consultant shapes his entire approach: he understands what it feels like to be on the receiving end of an implementation that misses the mark.

He joined a boutique ServiceNow consultancy as one of its earliest employees, growing with the firm as it scaled to 500-plus consultants, earned the 2022 Global Elite Partner of the Year award, and was acquired for $350M. As Service Delivery Director and Senior Architect, he led engagements including a global Service Bridge deployment for a Fortune 10 automotive manufacturer connecting 27 subsidiary instances, an enterprise SPM rollout for a Fortune 10 telecom provider, and a full ITSM/HR/CSM/ITOM/ITAM modernization for a major federal defense agency.

At Point 6, Michael is focused on one principle: doing it right the first time. Independent, senior-level oversight no conflict of interest, no agenda other than your outcome.
